Updated TOS, gallery and prices

Hello all! It's been a good while since I last updated my website. It looks almost as barren as my social media the last couple years. Life has been life-ing.

That said, I have been busy working away with art behind the scenes! Those pledged to my Patreon would definitely know.

I intend on opening commissions very soon (ideally, this September), so I've gone ahead and tweaked my website a little to reflect that. I've got more fresh artwork examples up in the commission illustration section, as well as a few minor price tweaks/removals.

I've also most importantly gone ahead and reworked my ENTIRE TOS. It was a little dated, still referencing my time in college, and there's another TOS that heavily referenced mine that's probably floating around out there after all these years. So...I figure I should give it a new look and some better, hopefully simplified, rewording.

The TOS page was also redone entirely so there's no longer any janky drop down menus, but instead a little button menu to the side and more visually solidified sections.
